Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
Divide the batter evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
