  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Divide the batter evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Notes
