Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the crushed strawberry crunch cereal.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
