Strawberry Mousse

A delightful and airy strawberry mousse, perfect for a light dessert or a special occasion.

  • 1.5 pounds Fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Heavy cream cold

Preparation Steps

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream until combined.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh strawberries or whipped cream before serving.
