Preparation Steps
In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream until combined.
Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
