In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.

Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
While meatballs are baking, prepare the sweet and sour sauce. In a saucepan, whisk together pineapple juice, white vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch.

Bring the sauce to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
