Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour teriyaki sauce mixture over chicken and pineapple. Bring to a simmer.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve over rice.
