Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and water.
Place the steak strips in a bowl or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until softened.
Serve the fajitas immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
