Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add rice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until rice is cooked through and liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley or chives before serving.
