Toffee Cheesecake Pie

A decadent toffee cheesecake pie with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a rich toffee topping.

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 32 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour batter into the crust. Sprinkle with toffee bits.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer toffee flavor, use homemade toffee bits.
