Tuna Melt Patties

Quick and easy tuna melt patties, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

  • 12 oz Canned Tuna, drained Albacore or Chunk Light
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Sharp or Mild
  • 1 4 cup Mayonnaise Light or Regular
  • 1 4 cup Chopped Celery
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion Optional
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Hamburger Buns Toasted

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine tuna, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion (if using), Dijon mustard, and black pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Divide the tuna mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Serve immediately on toasted hamburger buns.

Notes

Serve with your favorite side dish, such as coleslaw or potato salad.
