Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion (if using), Dijon mustard, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Divide the tuna mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
Serve immediately on toasted hamburger buns.
