A creamy turkey leftovers casserole featuring stuffing, vegetables, and a cheesy topping baked to golden perfection.

  • 3 cup diced cooked turkey
  • 2 cup prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix turkey, stuffing, vegetables, soup, sour cream, milk, and onion until evenly combined.
  • Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  • Spread the mixture in the dish. Top with remaining cheese, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbling and golden on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
