  • 1.5 lb Ground Turkey Lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs Plain bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg Large
  • 0.5 cup Onion Diced
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes and green beans.
