Turtle Cheesecake

This is a rich and creamy cheesecake topped with chocolate, caramel, and pecans.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 packages cream cheese softened
  • 4 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semisweet
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until just combined.
  • Pour mixture over crust, bake for 50-60 minutes, then let it cool.
  • Top with chocolate chips, pecans, and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened before using for a smoother cheesecake.
