Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until just combined.
Pour mixture over crust, bake for 50-60 minutes, then let it cool.
Top with chocolate chips, pecans, and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
