Whipped Feta Strawberries

- 8 oz Feta cheese
- 0.25 cup Heavy cream
- 1 pint Strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic glaze
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss strawberries with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Roast strawberries for 15-20 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
- While strawberries are roasting, whip feta cheese and heavy cream in a food processor or with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Spread whipped feta on a plate, top with roasted strawberries, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and season with black pepper.
Notes
Serve immediately for best results. Can also be served with crusty bread or crackers.
