Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat a large pot over medium heat and add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add white beans and vegetable broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
