White Cheese Dip

This easy Queso Blanco Dip is a creamy, spicy, and perfectly smooth cheesy dip that's just like the one served at your favorite Mexican restaurant. It's quick to make and incredibly delicious!

Main Ingredients

  • 0.23 pounds White American Cheese roughly chopped into 1" pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chile frozen or canned
  • 1 tablespoons pickled jalapeno slices diced fine
  • 1 tablespoons juice from pickled jalapenos
  • 0.33 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 dash cumin

Preparation Steps

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized glass bowl. Microwave for five minutes, pausing to stir after every minute. The dip will be very watery at first, but it will thicken as it finishes cooking.
  • Serve hot, poured over just about anything that you want to make more delicious. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use deli-style white American cheese. If the dip is too watery, you can add a little more cheese to thicken it.
