White Chocolate Blondies
Delicious and chewy white chocolate blondies with a hint of vanilla and topped with white chocolate chips.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
Slowly add in the flour, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of salt to the batter.
