White Chocolate Blondies

Delicious and chewy white chocolate blondies with a hint of vanilla and topped with white chocolate chips.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  • Slowly add in the flour, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of salt to the batter.
