White Chocolate Peppermint Pie

A festive and delicious pie combining the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with the refreshing coolness of peppermint.

Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 0.25 cups melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 14 ounces white chocolate melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • In a bowl, combine melted white chocolate and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Stir in peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
  • Pour filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, garnish with extra crushed peppermint candies and a sprig of fresh mint.
