Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, combine melted white chocolate and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
Stir in peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
Pour filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, garnish with extra crushed peppermint candies and a sprig of fresh mint.
